FAQ
How much will the recovery cost me?
When you call the recovery operator he will give a free quote and friendly advice to recover you and your vehicle. Their prices will be within industry standards.
How long will they be?
The operator will advise you how long. Please give them your contact number and location so they can update you if any delays. Normal response times are within 30 minutes.
I have had an accident! Do I have to wait for my Insurance/Police to sort recovery?
Recovery operators deal with insurance companies daily, they will be happy to recover you and your car to a place of safety or storage, then help you with informing them.
My daughter or grandmother drives alone and has a disability, will they be safe?
Advise the operator if you are vulnerable or have a disability, they will treat you as a priority. Any concerns if in danger, call the Police. Most companies CRB check their staff for other contacts and will always prioritise calls.
Can I travel with the car?
The operator will recover you to a place of safety, repair or place of your choice. They would never leave drivers and passengers at the roadside.
Will the recovery truck be safe?
All our members’ vehicles and equipment are maintained to strict standards, as to comply with UK laws. All staff are fully trained in roadside awareness and in operating equipment.
I have found someone cheaper, will they have the same standards?
There are some professional operators around, but the lower end of the market usually does not meet the strict standards of safety and professionalism we would recommend to use.
Do I have to pay a year fee or joining fee?
No, this is a Pay As You Tow service. No contracts, just pay as and when you need us. Just download the app or bookmark the website and use on demand. This saves you money if you never breakdown normally. For annual polices please check our Links page for our associate members sites.
